Working with Dalton and his crew with Southern Elite was easy process, the work on our home was to our satisfaction. We were not there during the process of work, but communication was on point. Me and my wife have been trying to get our roof fixed from leaking for some time now and get it done right. Well we contacted Southern Elite Roofing and Remodeling and I talked to the office manager Emily. She set up the roof inspection and stayed in contact with me about when James and Dalton would be out to do the inspection. Then gave us the estimate for our roof. These three are so very kind, polite and very professional. We were given a date and the crew was sent out and done a very outstanding job with our roof. If you are looking for the best company to do you right and do the job right this is who you want doing the job for you. Me and my wife can't say enough about the whole experience. It was the best and we are very thankful for Southern Elite Roofing and Remodeling.Thankyou to each one of ya'll and your crew for the best experience and the best work that ya'll provide for your customers. While checking for a roofing company we found a business card for Southern Elite and seen it was Veteran own and local owned, two of the things we wanted to support. We had a great experience with Southern Elite, from start with Jonah and Dalton to finish with Dalton, James and Emily everything exceeded our expectations. The workers were very hard workers and top quality, It took them two days to remove singles, metal and replace over 4000 sq foot of roofing, when they finished the job you couldn't even tell they had been here, they cleaned up and made sure they had all the material and roofing nails up. Then Dalton did the final inspection and made sure everything was correct, he found a couple thing that he didn't like and made sure they were corrected .Coming from a family of construction business, I know how quality comes first and these guys sure did that. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a new roof or remodeling job.thank you for such a wonderful experience! Our family business moto is that if you always do great work you will never be without work so keep it up guys you will have a great business.

I CONTACTED SER&R about replacing our roof. The consult was very impressive from the phone call to the visit. The staff were so nice they went beyond their call of duty to satisfy my husband and I. We will definitely be contacting EMILY JAMES AND DALTON when we are ready to replace our roof.

My husband and I were very impressed with the quality work on our new roof. The roofers worked tirelessly throughout the work day into the evening hours. It was completely finished on day two. However, the third day the project manager came by and spent hours cleaning up any remaining materials or roofing nails that may have left behindimpressive!! Later that day one of the owners came by and did a walk through to make sure everything was done just right! These guys deserve five stars, for sure!

I loved working with everyone at Southern Elite. They were highly professional and completed their work in a timely manner. They made sure everything was in place and cleaned before leaving every day.

These folks are the best, when it comes to roofs. Lowest price, longest warranty, longest material warranty. They perform quick work as well one day in one day out. Jonah and Emily were super attentive and quick to respond. A roof is a huge expense and find someone you can trust is crucial. I trust Southern elite roofing and remodel.

I can not say enough good things about these guys! I called their number super early expecting to leave a voicemail and they answered! My roof was leaking and the water was dripping into the living room floor. They came out that day, gave me an estimate, helped me apply for financing, ordered materials the same day, and got started a couple days later. They completed my roof in one day and did it the week of Christmas just in time for more rains to hit. Fast forward to today- Im finishing up a 14 hour night shift and get a message from my bestie-with pictures..The horrible winds we had last night peeled her metal roof up at the corner and water was running into her house. Its just after 8 am and Ive already talked to Dalton. Hes planning on stopping by to help her this morning. These guys are fast, friendly, and efficient. You cant go wrong with them!

Southern Elite Roofing and Remodeling did an amazing job on my bathroom remodel! They were professional, easy to work with, and really paid attention to the details. Everything turned out even better than I expected, and they kept the place clean throughout the process. Im really happy with the results and would definitely recommend them!

We are very happy with our new roof from Southern Elite Roofing and Remodeling. The whole team is professional. knowledgable and took the time to answer all of our questions After we requested a quote, they came out at the expected time. Took a thorough look at the building and the issues that were involved. They came back with 3 different quotes and choices of materials. They brought samples of the materials with them. Before the contract was signed an expected start date was set. Not only did they respect the start date, but they completed the project within the time expected. Only, after a final inspection was completed were we required to make final payment.

Southern and ALL of its employees are incredible. Fast... Finance or Insurance. You have to call them for any roof repair or replacement. The quality of work was exceptional and done within our budget and timeframe. It was clear from the beginning they are a customer-oriented company and pride themselves on a job well done. All communication and follow up, pre- and post-project, was done timely, sincerely, and professionally. Their response and willingness to address our needs went above and beyond what I could have imagined. I would highly recommend them and intend on using them again for other projects.
